i have tons of paid apps when i jailbreak will i be able to get them all back? cause im considering to jailbreak but im only in my 1st year of iphone warrenty i have in total 4 years of warrenty...

@inuwiz ALL the apps that you got through installous or other JB based way will be removed when you un-jailbreak.

Yeah, inuwiz, when you jailbreak, your phone will be restored to it's default settings and everything will be deleted. However, if you have bought all those paid apps, the applications should be in your iTunes application on your computer. You can just sync your iPhone after you jailbreak, and all your apps are there again. :)

@suspekt29 iOS4 iPhone 4 got JB today. The rest was alreday available. I used Spirit but it doesent work with iTunes 9.2 or higher. It does work with touch 3G

Won't you need to get a new iphone or wipe your iphone to update? Cause if you update to iOS4 with a jail broken iPhone, it will brick it. Right?

@ders16 no it will just cancel the jailbreak

@ders16 To Un-JailBreak it, Simply update your Firmware though iTunes. It will keep all images, contact, video.... it WIll delete all your Illegal apps but the ones bought with the app store remains.

@AppleRV Wel its so easy now a days, that its hard not to do it ;D. Don't do it with Pwnage tool though. with spirit or something else that mods your firmware and not over writes it.
