  • I'm not gonna front there is something about there voices that's unique and distinct. Beautiful job guys

  • Awesome Guys!!! Especially the tall guy to the left with that superstar quality!!! Go Chris ( Watkins )! Awesome arrangement Justin( Wlson) on the keys and fine fine singing from Steve ( Mackey ), and the sisters Shelana Wilson (Justins' wife ) and Shelea Frazier!!!!

  • This is like Take 6, Manhattan Transfer, Singers Unlimited, Brasil 66 and Swingle Singers all rolled up into a few former SDA Oakwood students accompanied by The Oscar Peterson Trio

  • As a British SDA I am so glad You tube exists so I can hear stuff like this!!!!!!!!! PS: does anyone have the old oakwood song called It's about time and another called Higher? If so, is there any chance you could upload for me!!!

  • This is incredible! I WANT TO HEAR MORE!!! BRING IT!!!

  • Everytime I listen to this video I smile lol. The arrangement is just Spot On! Its all about 3.19!

  • I saw this on face book!!! THIS IS SUCH A DIRTY ARRANGEMENT!

  • I knew it! See, I had your back old friend :-)

  • I wish I had money I would pay you guys to record that and more like it. Classic Oakwood as I recall.

  • Ok so it's March and I'm still freaking out over a Christmas song... I'll probably be leaving another comment in July...

  • Saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang! I was reachin to throw my shoe when I realized I wasn't wearin one!

  • That was the sickest arrangement I've ever heard. It just blessed my bones right down to the marrow!

  • Justin, man what can i say. you are crazy. And all yall singin are sick. I didn't know chris could put it down on the vocals.

  • Now all y'all need to be slapped in the mouth two tiems for singing like that. Man, my mouth is hung open. Where can I hear y'all sing? I am serious. This is awesome, and it is one of my favorite songs too.

  • I'm still not speaking to ANY of you! SICK! LOL.

(Shelea, I'd ask for my note, too! Cause what in the world?? LOL)

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE IT JUSTIN!!!! And yall sang beautifully!!! I NEVER knew Chris could sing!!! (and dance, LOL)

  • That's my brother!!!!

This is 1% of what he can do people.

He did this in his sleep!

  • now either I was looking too hard, or I saw Shelea mouth to the pianist to play her note at the beginning. lol. But, this is a ridiculous arrangement of this song.

  • You know, I heard the note but didn't realize her communication until you pointed that out. Hey, she did what she had to do- and it worked! :-)

  • Yeah, because the dude started in some random key...actually he started in key of Richard Smallwood's "Emmanuel"....Sister girl picked up on it quick and saved the day....Gotta love the musician singers.....The arrangement is SICK!!!! But I'm going to need ALL the singers to learn ALL the words to "Emmanuel" its a zillion years old...

  • Are you saying the key he started in wasn't intentional? I think they did that quite on purpose...

  • They didn't start the song, "he" started the song...It was important for them to be in a specific key because of complex arrangement, thus Shelea's signaling for a note as kingrod87 pointed out. Everything after that was intentional and super fierce...I still want them to learn the words by this Christmas--a tee hee

  • Or we could ask the keyboard guy why he gave such a difficult intro chord...extended augs & dims together with no low tonic on the bottom?!?!? Brutal...I don't blame the guy for starting where ever...

  • I still maintain that the key Stevie started in was intentional. I think Shelea wasn't sure if she'd need to hear her note before the song & once Stevie started she realized she needed some help navigating to her key. I'm only saying this because I've known Stevie for a lot of years & his ear is just way too good for him to start on some random note that has nothing to do with the song- he is also a "musician singer"- a very capable pianist.

You're right about him leaning the lyrics, though:-)

  • That was supposed to read "learning"... I suppose if I'm going to appoint myself as Wilson & Company's Public Relations Director the least I can do is spell things correctly :-)

  • Ya'll need to be slapped until Jesus comes! That was so fierce. And that arrangement (head shaking). Ridiculous. The cat on keys is wicked.

  • gracious!

  • YOU BETTER SING STEVIE WONDER!!!! I didnt even know that Chris sings...I dont even have to comment on the frasier sisters...they know what's up...PRAISE GOD!!!

  • Wow, this is so hot it almost shouldn't be in a church...lol. Praise God for such great and annointed talent!

Keep doing what you do for Jesus!

  • well written

  • i am going to break all of your fingers justin!!

  • WOOOOW.......

  • This is HOTTT!!!
