Politically correct? Maybe. But from his official homepage's bulletin board he explains that he wants respect the noodle's country of origin's religious beliefs, hence Indonesia being mostly Muslim country he doesn't put in any sausages.

he's not muslim, so halal or not, there's no logical reason why he does not put a sausage.

he should keep the tests standard. cabbage + sausage or only cabbage for ALL packets he tests. Otherwise some have sausage, others no sausage, others no cabbage...etc. The test is not uniform.
