There was a TV show showing a russian yogi getting an ice bath and withstanding the effects of the cold very well.
I have been trying to find this show for a while now but cant find it.
Pleas let me know if you know where it is. It was a pretty amazing short documentary on either Disc. or Hist channel. I was very suprised to see this on TV, for the benefits of yoga are kept very secretly and censored from commercial western society.
The video of the yogi is similar to this one, but the russian takes a bath in ice not cold water, and stays there in ice for about 20 min with no negative effects...he is barely even cold.
this is actually common in finland... although usually runners are very drunk and chasing someone with an axe...
