they don't sound at all like the grackles I have here in Texas - I am new to Texas (and grackles) I had no idea they did not all sound alike!! thanks for posting! (see my video for grackle with a Texan drawl I guess!!) haha

I love the way he acts as if all grackles only have one leg and that it is something to be proud of.If I were a female grackle I would go for a guy like that!

If you were all New Agey and spiritual like you claim you are, perhaps you would be looking up Grackle as totem, since you have such a disliking for them.

@wenaolong haha,I thought you would fall into that trap!But what is it that makes you hate them so much?I know some birds like to eat other birds' babies,but what do WE do to other animals?Or let other people do for us so we don’t have to see the gory details...Or do the grackles ruin your garden?Do they steal from you?They look as if they could....But yes,isn't he a lovely vain specimen,I wish I had so much self-confidence!

haha, where i come from (Texas) we have great tailed grackles and their songs are so much different than this.
