  • WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

HE DIDN'T OBEY THE LAW AND HE GOT WHAT HE ASKED FOR!!!!!!!

    STOP BITCHING!!!!!

  • These people are just giving speeches to help their resume lol.

  • this is what happens when you have little spoiled brats who have been pampered their whole lives, they cry like little b*tches over a little incident and blow it up into some huge deal. The student who got tased knew he wasnt allowed without an ID but he thought he could what he wanted so he got what he deserved.

  • Its always good to tazer a dumb ass college student

  • Comment removed

  • These stupid American students are obsessed with seeing "racial injustice" where there isn't any. He disobeyed the rules and started screaming. Any rational person would have tasered him in this situation.

    .

  • Why does it have to be "these stupid AMERICAN students"? Why do you need to bring in their nationality? Racial injustice is a problem in America, granted not as bad as it is in Europe or Asia, but young American college students tend to be very bent on improving the system. Should they be criticized for this? Even if it is a red herring, they're raising awareness for racial injustice and helping prevent future injustices.

  • Well I'm just sorry this kid wasn't black or else we would've seen another "Watts Riot"!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This strikes me as being a little too tame.

  • Fucking geeks just follow the fucking rule

  • These fucking geeks are in for a rude awakening when they hit the real world.

  • mother fucker you sitting here blazing bowls with me laughing about how you fucked up some mexicans just cause they looked like gang bangers. no one likes you pig. but not all cops are bad though.

  • FUCK the POLICE... when the fuck has the police ever helped us? can you remember one GODDAMN time? Kill those mother fuckers. when my friend(a cop in California) told me one day when we were just chillin watchin tv, he says " how come everyone thinks fireman are the fuckin hero's" i looked at him and said they save peoples lives and risk their lives in burning buildings for us.

  • AMEN to that!!!!! I went to the library last week and encoundered a motoring asshole that passed me on a res. street. I got the police on the ph and they asked me what kind of car I was in!!! What difference does that make? I'm tryin to cordinate this asshole to them and he makes it home to hide with me still on the ph. As I leave the library(which was just around the corner from this disturbance) guess who was parked in the lot-that's rite! Useless as shit.

  • 1-More power to you man!!! It takes real integerity to put it to one's friend like that. I don't think I ever could.

2-Would your friend ever be interested in sort of a wrestling match? Step out from behind his badge and pussy-gadgets and get down to business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • no hes a bitch like most popo

  • UCPD might tazered him but LAPD would shoot him on the street if he physicaly resists like that like an idiot.

Stupid idiots it's too late to realize that UCPDs serve the same rights and duties that LAPD serves.

    He made a mistake.

He would have never curse "Fuc#" to a LAPD G-unit officer.

Some of students need to learn that UCPDs CSUPDs and CCCPDs are not babysitters.

Thank you UCLA Police for enforcing the law.

  • So,you mentioned you want to ignore the details and insert your twist of reality that the police are evil people. You make no sense,I am going with the police. How about you do their job for a week, you have no respect, police save lives everyday, yet everyone only focuses on the bad.

  • So why did the lab monitor call the cops? If the students run the university, why don't you acknowledge that one of the students felt that the police presence was necessary?

  • What a bunch of crybabies!

  • the administations just dont want to get sued

  • we need to take the power back

  • a cop twisted my arm around 360% in my old schools library in 05, but it got no media because i was legaly advised agianst it, maybe if it would have been released this might have been less likely, but i feel like yall are standing up for me to, i love you guys, students at my school just walked by when i was on the ground arm twisted around, but my suits coming up soon too

  • Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY! Whos university! OUR UNIVERSITY!

  • wow thats so gay

  • people, it was a little incident, stop bitching and make everyone's lives easier.

  • Just more kids who think they know everything and the world should revolve around them.

  • "Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary." - Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306.

  • And you think the arrest was unlawful because...?? Breach of peace, Disorderly conduct, ect ect. Quit your whining

  • gamelli - your're a facist.

  • you should research the definition of facist before you make claims like that. He was only asking a few questions, yes he was slightly obnoxious; that did however, not warrant the right for the officers to arrest him. If that happened in the new england states students would have taken those police under citizens arrest. We do things much differently up here.

  • i'm so sorry, i totally misread your quote, which i even realized before reading your response. i thought you were saying that 'it is unlawful to resist arrest,' therefore justifying the police actions. sorry, my mistake.

    peace,

    dave

  • Yeah ok, When that kid goes to court, he will be found guilty and get fined. If you listen to the audio, someone other than the police cut the kids mic off and the police where ASKED to act. Observe other things then his girlish scream.

  • oh and by the way, you recover from a taser almost instantly. How do I know? I have been shot with one for training.

  • The officers did not assault the individual and they gave him TOO MANY Opportunities to comply with the officers order to remove himself from the build/hall. The individual was tased because he was resisting the officers LAWFUL ORDER. When the police have the grounds to act they do so in a very professional manner. This whole thing is a crock and the police officers handled themselves in a very appropriate manner. Read the law, don't READ INTO the law.

  • "When a person, being without fault, is in a place where he has a right

to be, is violently assaulted, he may, without retreating, repel by

force, and if, in the reasonable exercise of his right of self defense,

    his assailant is killed, he is justified." Runyan v. State, 57 Ind. 80;

    Miller v. State, 74 Ind. 1.

  • What's this country coming to that our students aren't safe on their own campuses? Those officers should be tasered!!!! Assholes!

  • IM GLAD THEY TASERED THAT ASSHOLE

  • Fuck you whiners. They should taser all of you adolesent spoiled brats. When the cops tell to do something and you don't, you better either bring your best or take whats coming and SHUT THE FUCK UP. This is what happens when all your life mommy and daddy tell you that your are special and don't make you do as your told

  • I tell you to do something and you don't, you get blown away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Taser was justified. People protest until something bad happens to them....then the police are at fault for not doing enough

  • the taser is a great tool. and this is an example of it doing its job. the kid/hippis/whatever his liberal ass was calling his self that week was controled, and the officers stayed safe.

  • They devalue the word "Torture" when they use it improperly. This was nowhere near torture. Silly Leftists. More proof "education" does not come from the University. Just old, tired, 1960's, Communist politics..

  • the students should have had a more angered orator to rile them up and start a proper riot. Students should be tasered for overdue library books if they are that lame.... no different to sheep.

  • "This is our university!" We're all the spoiled rich kids who have nothing better to do than complain about a country that allows us to sit on our asses all day debating about why the US is evil. Go to a country where you're killed for a belief and figure out if protesting something this small is worth it.

  • STFU whiny ass kids. Cops were doing their jobs. Too bad. Go to another scholl if you don't like it.

  • Don't you know how to spell "school?"

  • Fuck you. It's a typo moron!

  • I am proud of the fact I attended a private conservative university. This rally is a joke.

  • No, jackass, your PARENTS and the federal government pay the University. You just freeload.

The police enforce the law, not to make you feel better about yourself.

  • correct!

  • I'm a non-trad college senior majoring in Corrections. I'll be 40 in January and it makes me sick how these foreign and liberal college students make a mockery of of the constitution. Most of them have no idea of what they are protesting. I'll probably end up being their parole/probation officer. God help them!

  • ya they make themselves look ignorant

  • The University Police DO NOT have the power to use their tasers against a student because they are they to PROTECT the students. The fact that he didn't have his university ID is regardless since Powell Library at UCLA has a system of checking to see if he was a student at the campus or not. This obvious abuse of power and the clueless cops kept tasering the student in front of fellow classmates, who were recording.

  • Freaking liberal pussies. This guy is doing nothing but trying to stir up crap. You can tell by the smirk on his face. Earn a badge and a gun and try to do the same job you big baby! I guess when you're getting your ass kicked on campus you'll be asking, "Where are the police?" I love the way these KIDS are telling what is acceptable and what is not. GET A REAL LIFE!!!

  • PUUUSSSSIIIIIEEEESSSSS!!!!!!...kill college students...kill college students...

  • lol, wow, lmao. throw charged capaciters at them...

  • '...we pay to make us safe...' their parents maybe.

  • yes! i'd like to see those pussy cops respond to them!

  • no point in listening to the students since their opinions on the incendent are biased.

  • you guys are idiots its fine if some dumb ass kid gets tased for not doing what the police told to do over and over again. he got what he asked for

  • you underestimate my discharge capabilities! *tut* *tut* *tut* ill start you off with 9volt to tease you...LOL

  • i love it when cop defenders talk dirty! foreplay eh...? wait till i start discharging my real weapon HAHAHA!

  • i would start with your penis...would you like 25,000volts or 50,000volts? what makes you scream for more?

  • You wanna resist and protest the tasering? you should have protected the kid during the tasering...there were many of you students, if you wanted to do something, you could have easily overtaken the police, stop whining if your not going to do shit except yell like some hippy wannabes.

  • this is what happens when you let all former 60's hippies be professors at our colleges

  • Those students in the video don't know what they're talking about. That guy refused to leave the library at first and he repeatedly resisted police orders to get up after being tased the first time. He claims that he didn't stand up because he was afraid that the police would harm him (which is, of course, a load of crap). I support the UCLA police and their responsible handling of the incident. These students should be ashamed of themselves for their behavior.

  • u hit it right on the head if he had only done as asked by the police none of it would have happened

  • That student deserved to get lit up for not complying with a lawful order. He chose not to comply with those order. Yes...sometimes bad things do happen to those who do not comply with the law. He could have simply left the area prior to getting tased. If the student believed that the order were not justified he should have still comply with the order and filed a complaint at a later date. It's that simple!!!

  • Iranian students don't have to show ID they are special.they are PC pussys .show ID or leave ,100 times.fuck em crack his skull open

  • Are our kids really this stupid? Oh wait, it is UCLA, United Communist Liberal Attendance...

  • should have tazered the little fucker after the second non compliance....ZAP ZAP ZAP....oh Yeah I love using tazers....

  • LOL kick the kid's ass, or shoot the kid next time, no need to use the tazer.

  • How retarded. This guy hasn't watched the video enough. The bitch kid who got tasered had a simple order. Get up. Stand up. Waaaah waaaaah thats all he did was cry like a bitch. If he got up and walked the 4 tazorings wouldn't have happened. The cops were there for a reason. The kid was being a dumbfuck. And now the people are protesting? Fuck that. Yes you pay to go in the library, so go ahead. These people have the right to protest but its pointless. Go back to class Fags.

  • stupid shits. if that guy pulled out a knife and stabbed someone then oh...the police didn't taser him fast enough? stupid asses. whenever someone acts crazy and hysterical like that, it is in the best interest of everyone there that he be restrained immediately. when you don't comply and the cops come, it is too late to call timeout and be able to walk out freely as if nothing has happened. what about AIDS, hepatitis,

  • So true! Students run universities. WE PAY FOR TUITION!

  • the person in the very end reminds me of big gay al.. just my opinion

  • No one knows what best for society like college freshmen. I'm sorry, college freshpersons.

  • agrd... GG!

  • These idiot students are just a bunch of liberal democrats that want something to complain about i am glad they shot that terrorist iranian they should taser all those demostraters.

  • Ay fuck head your supposed to be able to demoonstrate its american, if you dont like it why dont we go to germany or russia or somewhere. And fuck military to i beat the shit out of some lame marine the other night in a bar who was talkin how he opened fire on some iraqi civillians, his face was sooOOooOooo fucked up.

  • anytime faggot ass liberal democrat pussy and if i wanted to hear your opinion i would take my dick out of your mouth =0

  • i like this guys idea and comments, he pretty much sums up this whole crock of shit.

  • yep "liveral democrats" because being a die heart republican and putting party and political ideals before you're country is REALLY BEING A PATRIOT HUH?

  • excuse me I meant to say "Liberal Democrats" It's around 4 AM over here and I don't have any coffee :(

  • UCLA belongs to the tax payers, like me, you stupid spoiled fucks.

  • how much tax money does ucla get? last i checked it was a private institution

  • it is and has always been a public university!!!

  • The funny thing is the taser was turned down so low that the student was just asking for it. IF it would have hurt him so bad, he would have kindly walked out of there after the first shock.

  • The police were called there for some reason. They were doing there job.Maybe there were doing normal parol. That is apart of there job.If they fell you are suspisous then they can check you. When they were talking to him thats when he tryed to leave. You cant leave when they are trying to envestigate. That is why they touched him. Check the study of law. Then he would not comply with there request that is why he was tased so many times. They told him to get up you get up

  • Ok first of all if you are not being detained by the officers than can not hold you for any reason. Second of all the standard police training for tazers spefically states that is is dangerous and possibally lethal to induce more than three charges from a police issue tazer.

  • And one more thing...Have you ever been tazed? If so you should know that is nearly impossible to stand within 5 minutes of being tazed let alone as many times as this student got it.

  • have you been tazed?

  • Yes I have. I spent 3 years in jail where you get tazed for any "suspicous" physical contact with another inmate so needless to say that I know it is nearly impossible for that guy to stand up after repatative charges.

  • oh..

  • witnesses are unreliable, kid probably deserved it, you dont own the school, university students have too much time on their hands."whos university" sounds like a fuckin girl. even if he didnt do anything to deserve tasering i woulda done it if he gave me lip or something. YES i know how much they hurt but they are also extremely funny

  • they need to take their protests to the city/townhall. at a college its just preaching to the choir

  • yes, forget the minute details. what an idiot.

  • "He was leaving the library" ROFL

  • Idiots

  • "It doesn't matter what happened, it doesn't matter about the details". That's one sided and ignorant. So if the student had a gun and was tasered, it doesn't matter that he/she had a gun what matters is that he/she got tasered. psssh.

  • You americans make me sick! Its not ok to taser some attention seeking arsehole but its ok to strap electrodes on detainees in iraq and torture them? Didnt see a youtube vid of your protest on that one ass wipes! You americans! No wonder the whole world thinks you are a bunch of stupid fat ignorant selfish opinionated assholes.

  • What an incredibly stupid response. So because there isn't a video on you tube that means there was never a protest. And who says everyone agrees on putting electrodes on detainees, you? From your response I doubt your even American so how the hell would you know anything anyway?

  • get over yourself

  • Its funny how most people on YouTube who talk about people should be tazered are punks who know that know one here knows them so they can say whatever they want. Sad. How about you people grow up. Its amazing how we say we are bringing "Democracy" to other countries and yet we lack "Democracy" here.

  • Go to hell you imbecile. Maybe you can stop working for the garbage factory and get an education? Or you could just shut the fuck up and sit down

  • That fucker deserved to get Tazered! I would love to tazer all those half-wit protesters too.

  • Yeah sure. Education is a "priviliege". Right. Bow your head down even further you bunch of stupid bugeyed slaves.

Priviliege granted by who? The governement? Guess what, this very entity's body is wholly ran with taxpayers money.

This is exactly how fascist police state are installed. You first get the people to be acquainted with it, they'll then rationalize it and excuse it away. Once that's done, they'll start liking it, begging for it and finaly, defending it.

  • Fuck a police!

  • If you are 43 like your profile says I'm really sorry for you. You don't say where you are from but judging from your poor english and your childish opinion my guess is America - the land of the retards.

  • IT seems that one of the cops involved in this incident has had many previouse actions of brutal force. In fact he was fired from another police dep't in Cali for the same reason and has had about 3 other cases involving the same issue. Thoese who supported the pigs well they can now just shut the fuck up. There is such a thing called "Passive Resistance" and "Aggressive Resistance". And what was displayed here was passive resistance which does not entitle a pig to use excessive force.

  • I think everyone has wandered off lovebeats. We all know there are heavy handed cops. All the more reason to do what is requested...and not give them an excuse to act inappropriately, yes? Stand up is not an unreasonable request. Passive resistance is STILL resistance by the way. Still breaking the law.

  • Resisting arrest is against the law. But passively resisting doesn't warrant repeated taserings. Tasers ARE supposed to be limited to protecting the physical welfare of all parties involved. Read the policy in your inbox for legal proof.

  • "NO ONE HAS A "RIGHT" to an Education!" You didn't watch the video. If they PAID for it, they have a right to it! Same as your car! If you pay for something and don't get it, that's THEFT.

  • These students are fighting for the right things, for SOME of the right reasons. They have a few misconceptions that I don't care to correct.

Basically, what I would ask anyone about the UCLA incident is:

Do you agree with the use of shock collars on animals?

Do you agree with the police treating US the same way?

  • Whether people agree with "pain compliance" or not there is such a thing according to the cops posting. Tasers are evidently not reserved for protecting peoples' physical welfare, as has often been erroneously stated. If we do not agree with "pain compliance" being within the law, then we must change the law.

  • Perhaps you need to take a moment to read the policy in it's entirety. It's not a policy against passive resistance by any means. It's clearly a policy urging good judgment before resorting to the use of tasers. I'll message you a link to the policy.

  • Yes for both answers. If your dog is doing something stupid, shock him. If someone is being physically aggressive to police officers (or anyone else, for that matter), shock him. The Iranian kid was being completely physically passive, didn't do anything the hurt any of the officers. I haven't been keeping up to date on this topic, but I certainly hope those officers get booted off the UCLA-PD (or whatever PD they belong to) and are never allowed to work in law enforcement/security again.

  • Shock collars are usually used for training. I think it's better to reward for good behavior than to punish for bad behavior. But I agree that the taser should only be used to PREVENT physical injury, and that student was clearly not a physical threat to anyone.

  • exactly, the guy had no knife, not even a fist. The taser should be used when a suspect threatens violence period. Student are not sheep, the cops make good shepherds but they belong in a field.

  • Too bad the speakers in this video are idiots and half the crowd sounds like a bunch of drunk fools who would scream for any reason. It could have been handled in a more appropriate fashion; that way it would be easier to take them seriously, since this should, indeed, be taken seriously.

  • There's a Dept. Of Ed in this country for a reason - FERPA, NCLBA acts and legislation galore that support the basic human right of education. There's compulsory education throughout this country to support that Declaration, which the US govt affirmed, so yeah, it has a LOT of value both in the US and Europe. Try not sending a kid to school or homeschooling - you'll get fined then arrested.

  • Your whole premise is flawed. 1) rights vs. legislation, you should know the difference. Rights are enumerated in the U.S. Constitution and Amendments or are found by a Supreme Court interpretation. Worst president ever, Jimmy Carter signed PL 96-88 into LAW creating DOE in 1979. We managed just fine for roughly 200 years without it.

  • 2) Compulsory Ed neither stems from or affirms the "universal declaration of human rights," Comp Ed began in the 1850's, UDOHR was written in 1948, signed by no one, certainly not ratified by the U.S. Senate. I notice that the bulk of your language comes straight from Wikipedia.

  • Well you'd have to look it up to notice.

  • Article 26 - Section 1 First sentence, whole and complete - Universal Declaration of Human Rights, United Nations

It really is a quehion of the most basic of human rights. Of which some people don't seem to even remotely CARE about.

"Everyone has the right to education."

  • Education is a right - that is why we have compulsary attendance laws. Higher education may not be - as far as getting a degree - but we have libraries because not ONLY is education covered well under the bill of rights, a FREE and INFORMED populace depends on it.

  • That is probably the most ignorant comment I have read on utube (and there are a lot of really stupid comments here). Please point out just where in the Bill of Rights (you do know what that is, right?) where there is any mention of education. Or even the constitution, or the remaining amendments. Let me help you our here. There is no "right" to an education.

  • Do YOU know what the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the Convention against Discrimination in Education are? ALL explicitly mention the RIGHT to education. You must have missed the boat on that right.

  • Well, that has a lot of value. "As it was conceived as a statement of objectives to be followed by governments, it is not legally binding and there were therefore no signatories." Described by former UN Ambassador Jean Kirkpatrick as, "a letter to Santa Claus", saying "Neither nature, experience, nor probability informs these lists of 'entitlements', which are subject to no constraints except those of the mind and appetite of their authors."

  • Honestly you should weep for your flaued view of the law and the police. Obviousely those that agree with the actions of the pigs "have been taught very well" by the society that expects them to tolerate any type of authority. The point is this:

FUCK THE POLICE. Gov't organizations have continued to fail us and the Police dep't is just another example.

  • Are you calling for anarchy?

  • And I suppose you and your pot smoking chums can provide for us a Utopian society and lead us all to the light? Get Lost!

  • Where do you come up with pot smoking? and any notion of a perfect utopia? All I am calling for is for government organizations to behave like the servants that they are meant to be. We pay them and therefore they are our bitches. They work for us and they need to realize that. When they step out of line we need to put them back in their place. Anarchy is out of the question, but the eradication of corruption is a must in order for our society to move ahead.

  • You say "fuck the police", yet without some kind of law enforcement people like you would be the first to trash our cities and make a mess of the economy. I say pot smoking because by your "fuck the police" rant, your obviously following the footsteps of the same green haired, jobless junkies who talk without thinking and believe without the power the police and governments have we would be better off. That is all relative.

  • You speak of the Government and police being corrupt yet on the flipside your "champions of humanity" are no less corrupt or full of hypocracy, people like Bono, Jolie, Geldof e.t.c

  • You Dumb shit. I say fuck the police, cause the private sector can achieve their objectives with much better efficiency. Now since you like to jump to conclusions here is one for you. Turn off FOX news and CNN or whatever else of media that you think is news, and read a fucking book.

  • Just another typical hippy protester with a loud mouth who can't string together 1 sentence without having to "fuck" something. That tells me you never read a book in your life pal. Since your so educated on the subject tell me how the private sector can achieve their objectives with better efficiency.

  • "This makes me wanna go and get the "BodyCount" cd and blast it. You know the track "Cause I'm a motha fucking cop killa" -Lovebeats 123.

And you call me a dumbshit? You talk in the EXACT same redneck fashion that these "pigs" according to you, act. Your contradicting yourself so much its not funny. Give everyone a weapon instead of having cops, yeh thats a good one.

  • well for instance with in the private sector there would be competition among different types of security organizations to see who would land what contracts. If there were more than one type of "police dept" for hire then the dept doing the job would be aware of the fact that if messed up they would be easly replaced.

The current Police dept is a monopoly.

  • If you have to blame someone blame the government. Don't blame the police officers who are just doing their job. If we look at it from your perspective then the laws themselves are also monopolized. In that case it would be unfair to have each private agency with it's own way of dealing with crime. There would have to be a single set of laws and in the end it just makes each private group the same as our Australian police.

  • And don't forget private companies can monopolize too, theres no reason why these private agencies can't merge and push out all the smaller groups too, unless u make some kind of law against it. That's the world of business.

  • The gov't is the there to set rules and regulations and the police are there to follow the rules and regulations. The student in this case showed passive resistance which does not entitle an officer to use such force. Now one of the officers has previouse cases and has been fired from another dep't. If it were privatized he would be blacklisted and could not work again.

  • If its really a matter of privatizing law enforcement to prevent excessive force then i don't see how it works anyway, There will always be cops who use brute force whether they are privately hired or not. Medical practitioners for example can be pretty neglectful and often they are banned from practicing in that field again. But there are still doctors who continue to neglect patients. In my opinion it just wont work. It won't solve anything.

  • Privatizing will not eliminate the problem right away or even all together. But it will heavily reduce the problem and it will weed out the bad seeds my making sure they can not be hired again. Also it might even give the privatized security agents a highet pay so they will be satisfied with their work.

  • I will agree on the higher pay, police wages are crap.

  • The police (private or government run) would also need certain immunities, after all their dealing with crime and scum everyday. There would need to be a deterrent for injuring or killing police for example. At present the laws are severe for injuring or killing a police officer and that is how it should stay this way. Otherwise people would feel the police were a push over and have no second thoughts about killing them.

  • Also, if people in the community have a problem with the Dept performing the job, they can only blame their local city, distirct,or county governments that hired them. And since there would be other police for hire then that local gov't can easily hire a new squad. The laws for hurting cops would not have to change but if people become satisfied with there local dept then hopefully injury to the cops does not happen much.

  • not true. They should have had some kind of reasonable cause to arrest him. if he was leaving, they should have let him leave, unless her broke the law. For christ sake, if i sat on the road and threw snowballs at traffic, i wouldn't even be arrested.

  • They weren't arresting him. They were called in to escort him from the building.

  • Last word. As people keep pointing out. Once the cops are called to remove you from somewhere, you don't get to choose HOW you are removed - they do. You don't get to go on your terms, but theirs. If he didn't want the cops touching him he should've left when requested to do so by campus security.

  • d) he chose the enforcement by choosing to continue to resist. behaviour = consequences both good and bad. This rule applies to every situation.

    d) he may have been willing to leave at one point, but once he's on the floor yelling blue murder he's changed his mind and has decided to resist (which equals breaking the law).

  • Attacked the guards no he lurched when he was first tasered-are you so blind to support this you are blind with eyes and surely an ignorant sheep. Jealous because you have very little education no doubt tool

  • He was leaving the library-he is a student there paying probably 10s of thousands to be tortured. Selective enforcement is practiced by cops all over even the rentacops Time to financially cripple UCLA call the chancellor write them post everywhere

  • Before I go...as has already been pointed out on this thread and elsewhere:

    a) even as a student he's required to show id or leave

    b) money is not the issue - law still applies to him

    c) he was selected because he had been causing problems - hence the call to the cops to remove

  • Oh oh. Sounds as if lovebeat123's escaped goat got run over?

  • To "pigs on toast". We don't need to compare ourselves by what other countries would have done. Thats an easy escape goat to any problem. I think a computer monitor in the dome of at least one of the cops would have made someone feel a lot better.

  • I love listening to Haji Baba scream and cry like the little arrogant spoiled bitch that he is. Here's an idea for next time Haji Baba -- behave yourself. Now go wipe your nose you snotty shithead.

  • Now go get a life you ignorant brat. Oh by the way 'HAJI BABA' is INDIAN NOT ARABIC. SO yeah, next time you decide to post a useless coment, at least make sure that you fully understand what you're writing, Looser!

Count the amount of people that can't afford to go to college, or never make it out of their shitty neighborhoods to have the chance to BE in that library.

    Thats a f#cking tragedy . . . .

  • I can't tell from the video what happened, but the whole thing seems a bit fishy. I have to agree with ts010 . . . protesting trendy topics is boring.

Let me know when these same students are protesting the state of schools in THIS country, or protesting the way illegal immigrants are being treated miles south of them.

  • Racist motherfucker!!! I so wish it wud have been ur sorry ass in his place!!!!

  • This is for all those that think that a riot would've been a good idea. That guy could've got somebody killed. He's no hero. The US cops went lightly on him, compared to the way some other countries would deal with him.
