Right, this is one of the many slashy moments in Smallville XD and yes, Lex Luthor is Clark Kent’s (or Superman’s) archnemesis. But during the first years of Lex’ and Clark's relationship they became good friends, often saving each other from danger. Later they grew apart because of Lex’ obsession with Clark’s secret and Clark’s constant lies.
