you need a better fire to the rear of the oven and let it heat up more..

I'm sure the ambers from the fire are still there, but if you just raise the pizza to the top of the oven for a few seconds, you get the refractory heat that grills the top for a better pizza!

Looks like it wasnt cooked, try lighting the thing first.

I think they waited till the fire made the oven extremely hot, and put it in there, its prob the same temperature, but no fire.

I think the pizza should stay for a longer time in the oven. It seems they are so light baked. Dont they feel heavy on your stomach? grtz
