That's dumb shit, yes back then Bee and Kelly were the only ones getting lead parts and so they were the only ones to sing live but after Farrah left and Michelle got lead parts in songs, they ALL sang their lead parts. Buy the DESTINY FULLFILLED and LOVIN IT TOUR DVD and you can hear Bey, Kelly AND Michelle SLAY their solo songs live. Even LeToya has proven she is a great live singer and performer...

The fact of the matter is the record label had a group of four girls. This was a group effort and Beyonce and her father (Matthew) were the creaters and owners of the DC empire and had the soul rights to the operations of the group. This means Matt was the manager of the group. The label did not want more than one manager as having multiple managers would make it extremely difficult, almost impossible to please all parties. The girls wanted a new manager, the label said no, thats that!!!

I am sick and tired of people blaming beyonce. Back then she was a teenager, she was told to sing the lead and so she did. It's not her fault the other girls didn't get solo parts. Yes she prob did let the fame get to her head at first, but she outgrew it and learn from her mistakes. And if you haven't notice they are doing their solo careers now and who is still in the spot light? BEYONCE!! They knew she can grab the audience so they(record company not matt) made her lead. STOP HATING. TYVM.
