It is obviously just a random number, but I get his point there are a lot of guys that do the SSP. Sure it's high risk, but it's tame compared to a lot of the stuff Cruisers are doing nowadays. WWE limits their Cruiser division by banning moves like the SSP.

With that logic just about everything would be gone eventually.
