Pat, I have to drive in the city all day for work. These speed cams saturate poor inner city neighborhoods where I work. Please pull up google maps for Balto City to see what I mean. There was a cam on Dulaney Valley Rd, cross St, Seminary Ave. It was removed by someone influential I believe. Please give O'Malley's unfair hidden tax on minority communities your widest distribution. I wish Fox 45 would investigate these cams, especially the one removed in the Valley. God Bless!
