Hey man I know this question is irrevelant but I need answer. I have a bit of lower back pain and I do all of your exercises and swim regularly. But I also lift weights and train the whole body at a local gym. Do you think its okay to do lower back exercises + swimming and at the same time lift weights or should I avoid lifting weights ? ( I dont really want to do that).
@Waachia Thanks for your question. Because swimming is a concentric movement you wont experience any traumatic stress with the back typically. There's no force absorption, so having an adjunct of weight training is perfectly fine. Btw, add some side planks to your routine to round out your routine with some dynamic stability.
@dtorres101 Thx for the answer, so its okay to do all types of exercises in the gym and lift heavy (6-8 reps) as long as I keep on with my lower back exercises, right? :)
