Sorry it took me so long to respond. I wired the camera into the reverse lights on my Jeep then plugged the video wire into my head unit. I have a Milion D1307 DVD Payer.. I found it on eBay here in Germany. Mounting the camera with the self tapping screws, running the cables (under & through the truck), wiring up my head unit all took less than 45 minutes or so. I did it in October.. damn cold outside!
Nice video dude. I am about to attempt the same install (with a very similar looking head unit I got from eBay.) Just wondering where did you wire into the back up lamp? And did you wire the camera into it or did you wire the head unit it (my head unit has a reverse lamp wire)?
