That's the reason why that place is called 'The Suicide Cliffs' - and many caves also exist in and around the area. In WWII, Many people jumped off the cliff because the japs told them the americans were evil and tortures and ate people, so when the americans won there, the people took their children and families and jumped off the cliffs onto the rocks. Since so many suicides took place there, it's no surprise there would be ghosts there.
