He needs a reality check and someone needs to really tell him to stop dancing and just try to sing. His dancing was not meant to be, but his singing might be able to be fixed.

Very bad. How did Jason get a record label? I have seen at least 70 other singers in my area that are more talented than him and they are still performing in school talent shows, their garages, and their rooms and not on the biggest stage in the world like this.
