@Eugeneandco Most of the Networkers have similar traction systems to the 1996 stock used on the Jubilee Line, both use Metro-Cammell equipment. Some 465s however had Brush traction packages, all of which have now been replaced with Hitachi equipment, which is the same traction gear found under the Class 395 'Javelin' stock.

The poster means that these were the last Eurostar trains to pass through the suburban stations when leaving Waterloo International Train station. When the trains used this station they used the South London line with passed through Bickley Station on the way to Fawkham Junction - where the Eurostar train joins HS1 section 1. Now the Eurostar trains leave from St Pancras where it uses HS1 sections 1 and 2. This is the dedicated HighSpeed lines that run right to the tunnel.
