Instead of the Dream Act, all universities and other schools harboring illegal aliens should be PROSECUTED. Fined $10,000 EACH illegal found there, & made to pay all deportation costs, not taxpayers.

This is un- constitutional and I refuse to pay taxes if this bill passes as the money I spend is not to further my countries education but of squatters who are here illegally.
