I don't get why people make yaoi matches with people that hate each other. Renji hates Byakuya, and Byakuya couldn't care less for Renji. Why do people like this pairing?

That's not true, both were just caught in an awkward place; you'll see now they are far from hating each other. Neither enjoyed fighting the other either. Byakuya didn't want to fight Renji and Renji didn't want to fight Byakuya, they just had to. Fighting =/= hate.

The guys do wear fundoshi in place of, say, boxers or briefs. I know Renji does, Hisagi and Kira do too. Hmm... Ikkaku too!
