Yes, they can be randomly tested at any time, not just at competitions. They have to give the address of the place they will be for a 1 hour time slot every day, so people who use drugs are pretty much always caught and banned. And she isn't a powerlifter, she's a weightlifter.

@nova68nova --- Yes, I am tired of that too! It would really be unfortunate if a lifter dropped a weight because they stepped on one of the number tags and slipped. Or worse yet - got hurt in the process. They should just make them out of cloth and then the lifters can safety pin them onto the back of their singlet.
