  • This worked great!! it was soooooo delicious. I cut the tofu a little too thick. Any suggestions on how to cut the tofu thin?

  • I love inarizushi, but I never thought it took that much work! From now on I'll always remember that while eating it!

  • what is dashi stock !! ><

  • @guitar0422 kombu and bonito flake stock

  • @starxing618

i thought you made it using dashi stock powder.. is the powder just made of こんぶ and かつおぶし?

  • I wonder if these videos are made at her home or are they done on a studio set? Either way I love show.

  • Turn on the Boner!

  • @AlbaniqeComedyTV

    気持ち悪いぃ~

    ドアホやろ..._〆(・ェ・*)

  • Can you skip the soup stock process?

  • @CLTani Nope :x .. unless you buy the pre-made ones.

  • did you use brown sugar or white sugar?

  • @081068cc It was brown sugar.

  • I love Francis' expression at the beginning (0:11) - almost like he's giving Chef a greasy look. ^_^

  • everything in this video is just super cute, cute dog (half of time he just stand there with his eye closed), cute food and of course cute cook

  • I feel like I've been missing out on Inarizushi. It never had veggies in them.

  • do ppl still make bento in boxes like that???

  • This is actually a pretty complex method of making inarizushi. Most people skip the hijiki, ninjin and shitake so that there's only sweet rice inside. Still good though. I've never seen it with an omelette before.

  • @Dax893 That's what I like about these videos. She makes all the meals astheticly pleasing

  • THAT LOOKS DELICIOUS.

  • Love this radio very much! I would like to try this when I back home, otherwise if I cook it at school, the alarm will go on....

  • Look at the dog!!! Poodle feel so hot!!

Fire and steam are too damage for Dog.

    They hate them!!!

  • do they use brown sugar?

  • @YukinoMayazawa It is healthier. A lot healthier than refined brown sugar.

  • i hate pickled ginger!

  • 0:08 LOOK AT FRASC-- i not gonna try to spell it. LOOK AT THE DOG

  • Too many steps? Nah, just do it the easy way! Abura age is available ready to use, already marinated. You just make your sushi rice and put it inside the abura age. Easiest sushi in the world. Try Japan Centre's website or google for Japanese grocery online.

  • @thirstyd0g my local asian market has them already to go in the freezer, but I still do them myself, just tastes better! ^.^

  • This is so meticulous....

  • from ultimate marvel vs. capcom 3 to this? o.O

  • the inarizushi i have had is nothing like this...i feel cheated now. ~cries~

  • og.. i want to do this!!

can u please tell us how to do the tofu pouch?.. i cant find them anywhere

  • @berry02 I don't know how to make them but if you have an asian market near you they will be there. That's where we found them, over in the frozen fish fridge actually...

  • @muzikc1 who cares?

  • @muzikc1 i'm sure your japanese is worse

  • @YogDodoth too bad the guy's Japanese accent is fake and just an act -_-

  • @Antioch18x i thought it was french :o lol

  • @muzikc1 i fucked your mom.

  • @muzikc1 if you can't understand this english, i guess it's YOUR english that's poor!

  • Tried this for the first time yesterday! Oishii da zo! ^.^

  • Ahh, I wanna try this! What type of soy sauce is used though?

  • anybody notice she knocked over the ginger at 7:42 ?

  • shes so pretty!!!!

  • Rice cookers are so pricey...The cheapest I was was $40 but the next shot right up to $80. O-o

  • @Latset Yes they are expensive, but they make The Perfect Sushi!!! (Quick reminder: Sushi means rice with su.)

  • Stir with paddle! Priceless!

  • I like Francis because he sounds like a Japanese robot.

Inarizushi is definitely my favourite kind, but I think nothing tops gyoza.

  • @Leviskardsen Gyoza is the best! <3

  • Man that's one snazzy rice cooker we only have the old school kind at my house. :(

  • it is so gudddd!!!!!

  • i want inarizushi now so hungry!

  • This recipe looks absolutely delicious!!! I'm definitely trying this.

  • aaargh! too many steps!!!

  • 最後はいつも・・はは(笑)。

  • Ooh! Thanks for the extra detail! I always buy the prepared inari pounches, then fill them with simple sushi rice and black sesame seeds. Kinda lazy, but YUMMM anyway! :)

  • A well-known Japanese restaurant in my city boasting their "authenticity" in Japanese food, including their Inarizushi.

Their version? Tofu, and plain rice.

I think I should show them this video. The authentic Inarizushi, by a very own Japanese lady. And a dog.

  • OMG! Turn on transcribe audio!!! It's priceless!!!!!

  • Francis got a haircut! :O

  • shes like an asian julia child lol

  • it would be awesome if my mom cooked like her :D

  • I always wondered how to prepare the pouches for inarizushi! Yum! Inarizushi is my favorite! Thank you!

  • v.nice!:)

  • Each episode makes me so hungry!

  • o wow i just made the rice part and it tastes AMAZING <3

  • Thank you very very much. This is the Inari-shushi I remembered. If I say, there is only one difference between my memory of the Inari-sushi and yours is the shape of deep fried tofu. It was triangle. That was much cute shape!! :)

  • ありがとうございます! Inari is my favorite!

  • This episode makes me sad that for dinner I am having beans on toast

  • @dexdex1560 I've never understood the whole beans on toast thing. Bland on top of bland. Can you explain the appeal?

  • @dexdex1560 r u english?

  • @spartan1010101 I'm Canadian why do you ask?

  • @dexdex1560 i always thought beans and toast was an english thing

  • @spartan1010101 that is true it is an English thing but my mum is English. also where I live there are a lot of British immigrants so you pick up a couple things here and there.

  • Wow Whenever I order Inarizushi at a restaurant they just use plain sushi rice. This recipe looks way more delicious. If I could find the fried tofu pouches I would try making this myself.

  • gouka!

    有り難う, 有り難う御座います, お疲れ様, 大きに有り難う

    ありがとう, ありがとうございます

  • cooking with a dog <<< lol

  • @GamerGrl24 awww i'm jealous (>o<)/ i want some too

  • Wow. She's so gentle. If I were to cook this one, those tofu pouches would've probably been torn already.

  • I love Inarizushi! :D When my Nana (who is half-Japanese) visited me, she always made me Inarizushi. Even my mom makes it for our family once in a while <3

  • Great Job! I try them soon

  • the omelette version is my dinner tonight :3

  • Я люблю инари-суши, потому что я тоскую по творогу в Японии, а инари-суши по вкусу напоминают творожную запеканку (легкая кислинка и сладость).

  • i'm hungry now.... T-T

  • Francis is hypnotized... how sweet!... love you Francis

  • @guruartist man.fracis is the man who speaking not the dog...lol at u dude...keep like this

  • @ifuckinglovetrance I believe it is a Japanese accent since it is a Japanese show... _^_

  • is the carrot really needed? i don't like carrots... T_T

  • @mega0anime0lover Not necessary.

  • @mega0anime0lover every food has it's own substitute, don't give up.. you can experiment with any other ingredients you like. It won't taste the same but worth trying.

  • @ifuckinglovetrance i believe its supposed to be french bcuz of the french poodle frances.... cuz hes supposedly the host of the show lol :3

  • i thought the rice cooker was a CD player.. haha

  • @crazybastard02 haha good one !! realy makes me laugh

  • hmmm.... I actually hated watching people cook on cooking shows and etc but.... O____O she's extremely enjoyable to watch.... and she doesn't constantly talk instead of make the food. I mean... not that I would mind her talking but it's just that the food itself just makes a big statement!!

  • @anicaes1

Ikr? I love watching their videos. I prefer them over 99% of the people on Food Network >__>

  • @cas7ie lol

  • So complicated, but looks fantastic!

  • I treat my tofu gently & carefully when cooking.

  • Anyone know what the song is at 3:16?

  • i like watching her chop the food. some how its very soothing

  • at the end s3xy music ofc

    id tap that ...

  • I love it!!! soo yum!! ^^

  • everything is so fresh and clean. yummy

  • I agree w/boggledupbrain. As Americans, we take crappy care of ourselves. I'm not veg (proud to be a carnivore) but my best friend is and this is the perfect thing to make for her send-off party (she's moving back to NYC). Thanks, Cooking with Dog!

  • @rivetdomme actually the dashi stock kinda ruins it ( it has fish) unless your friend is one of those veggies that eat fish, im a veggie and ima try this with vegetable broth see if it works

  • I wish that we Americans could take so much care with our food, but instead we eat processed and preserved foods with horrible chemicals in them. If we handled food like THIS we wouldn't be so fat as a country, and people would take more care of what they're shoving into their mouths.

(coming from an adopted food conscious Korean)

  • i thought that thing was made out of fish cake or something related to fish.

  • the end :D

  • She should really think about giving that dog a new look . LOL . Great vid too btw . =) .

  • the pickled ginger looks like ham

  • *MIAM*

  • HAHAHA! Francis is talking turned around!

  • うわーいなり寿司ちょお食べたくなった、、、:( 海外で作るのはちょっとむずかしいな、、

  • 5:32 PUT THE FRESH STEAMED RICE IN A CHERYL BOWL

  • your channel always amazes me; the way it's shot, edited and executed is just pure joy to watch. I wish you could do more recipes more often! :P

  • wow with long hair u are so beautyful =O

  • wow... i have never had tofu before and after watching this i am kinda scared

  • Yes, this recipe looks very special. I look forward to trying it, & then EATING IT!

  • Oh! She got a new rice cooker!

  • Usually Inarizushi recipes which I see just teaches you to open the premade tofu pouches add simply stuff the rice inside. But this lady wants us to make delicious Inarizushi, so she uses her time to make the Inarizushi more tasty! Thank you cookingwithdog!

  • これは手間のかかる料理だ。

    さすが、昔はお祝い事に供されただけはある。

    普段は無理せず、お惣菜屋さんから買うべきだな。
