Anderson Cooper gave Ron Paul more time in this debate, BUT who was the ONLY candidate that did not get to answer the question of how they would beat Obama? Do you suppose Ron Paul might have mentioned the recent poll showing him beating Obama and all the independents and cross-over Democrats who would support him?
It was a critical ommission and I do not think it was an accident any more than I think it is an accident that Ron Paul has received the least media coverage of all candidates.

I made the serious mistake of voting for Obama. He told us what he was going to do but I voted for him anyway. I got caught up in the energy of the times. Not going to make that mistake this time. He clearly states that he thinks "nuclear energy is a good source of energy". That statement could be taken a number of ways but no matter which way it's taken it is absolutely unacceptable! Your criticism of nuclear power is based on problems with power plants built in the 60's and 70's. The latest designs and safety features have not been implemented due to the political restriction on building and updating old reactors. Not to mention that thorium power is also a wonderful nuclear alternative to uranium, as it decays much sooner.

I believe most Paulites realize this and dont make the same mistake as Obamanoids. He's just human. I think Paul, as some others do, believe the problem with the nuke pwr industry is that the reactor designs have not been updated and there are other methods available that are much safer and less waste producing.

Anderson Cooper gave Ron Paul more time in this debate, BUT who was the ONLY candidate that did not get to answer the question of how they would beat Obama? Do you suppose Ron Paul might have mentioned the recent poll showing him beating Obama and all the independents and cross-over Democrats who would support him?
It was a critical ommission and I do not think it was an accident any more than I think it is an accident that Ron Paul has received the least media coverage of all candidates.

I think, in general the neoconservative republican base has come to terms with their 2008 misleading attack on Ron Paul's stand on "non-interventionism", which they wrongly interpret as "isolationism."

I think Ron Paul was on fire in that debate. He was not overlooked by the other candidates, and dominated the part about economy (as he should), he got a fair amount of time. Even if he didn't get any closing remarks I believe he made he got his points across.

I made the serious mistake of voting for Obama. He told us what he was going to do but I voted for him anyway. I got caught up in the energy of the times. Not going to make that mistake this time. He clearly states that he thinks "nuclear energy is a good source of energy". That statement could be taken a number of ways but no matter which way it's taken it is absolutely unacceptable! Sorry Dr. Paul. I love ya, I really do but no vote from me untill that statement gets resolved!

Your criticism of nuclear power is based on problems with power plants built in the 60's and 70's. The latest designs and safety features have not been implemented due to the political restriction on building and updating old reactors. Not to mention that thorium power is also a wonderful nuclear alternative to uranium, as it decays much sooner.

I believe most Paulites realize this and dont make the same mistake as Obamanoids. He's just human. I think Paul, as some others do, believe the problem with the nuke pwr industry is that the reactor designs have not been updated and there are other methods available that are much safer and less waste producing.

However I DO agree with you that nuclear power isn't very clean or safe at least, not with our current technology or development. Nor do I trust companies to safely manage it yet.
