TOO CUTE!!! of course, the ribbon used in actual competition is much longer. the object is to incorporate the CONSTANT motion of the ribbon....the ribbon MUST BE in CONSTANT motion and can NEVER get tangled and NEVER touch any part of your body other than your hands. all this while at the same time YOU are in constant motion. it is rather difficult and i admire the young ladies who can do this flawlessly!

its not called ribbon gymnastics
its called rhythmic gymnastics... and you use the apparatus: ribbon in your individual and sometimes group routines
