Great song. My biological mom had me at 16 and put me up for adoption. All I can say is thank God she put me first. My parents are the best in the world. My bio mom and I are close but I can't imagine what it would have been like to be raised by a teenager with only a high school education and min wage job not to mention not to have a dad in my life. I've never met my bio dad and funny thing is I don't care. My dad (adopted) is the best. God bless those who make other choices.

I feel so bad for girls that give their baby away, only to regret it the rest of their lives. On the other hand with these parents putting their babies in dryers, microwaves, tossing them off bridges and blowing them up, I wish they had just given them to someone to love. People have to start speaking up for these precious lives. If you feel over whelmed or in danger get help. If you don't want the child, bring it to a church or hospital and leave it there. The child you save, maybe your own.

My best friend got preg at 14 and the baby daddy isnt always there as he should. he comes and go as he please and its fine by my friend. it just makes me really mad to she him treat her that way! her little is 1 and a half and adorable!! :)

I found out I was pregnant when I was 19 years old and was scared to death because I was in school and my sister was 3 months away from having her daughter. I'm a single mom and feel like I can't do anything right in the eyes of my parents, whom I live with. It's tough, really tough. I have a wonderful boyfriend, not the biological father, who supports me and just lets me cry when I need it. I always wonder "what-if" but I know things happen for a reason and I will just let life happen.
It really is sad how many single mothers there are/will be.. I myself will be a single mother soon. Please- all of you.. REMEMBER- If you don't think you can do it, YOU CAN. if you don't think you are beautiful, YOU ARE. if you're scared now, YOU WON'T BE. You will be an amazing mother and your baby will be your entire world. It will be difficult, and you may make mistakes- but NO ONE IS PERFECT. Your baby will one day know what you did for him/her, and you will be even more appreciated.
This always reminds me of my mother. She had me when she was 17 and I am so thankful that she was the strong woman she is and raised me to be the strong woman I am today. 26 years later and my mom is still my hero and best friend. My friend had her baby girl at 15 :') She named her baby Rene' Lynn and she's the most beautiful baby I ever saw. Everytime I look at her It makes me want to cry, She looks so mom. Her mom, my friend, died on February 3rd, two days after giving birth, because she had a heart tumor. It's just a merical that Rene' survived and has lived for a whole three years. Today Rene' turned three. Her daddy not being able to come to her party and her mom gone. It's me and my friend who threw her party.
To everyone who may be going through a rough time, and to everyone who ever has, you will make it through this. Put your faith in God. Nothing is ever to big, or to small for Him. No matter what happens, or what you may go through He will never let you down. I know that some people will diss and dismiss this, but know that He will love you, even when you don't love yourself. I lived far away from home, going to University at 19 when I found out I was pregnant. Both my mom and dad said that having a baby would make life really hard to become successful. My daughter is now in 1st grade, and I finished school with a 94% average. @desireearcand92 Hang in there girl. I got pregnant at 19 also. My daughter is 11 now. I would not trade one second with here for anything. Its not easy being a singal mom. But if I could do it you can too. As long as you love him more then anything, and he is your whole world, you can do this. I hope your family will help also. I will be praying for both of you.

@desireearcand92 my mom was 21, she tried really hard with my dad, he drank the pay cheque, mom had enough and divorced him...he left my life when i was 8 and didnt come back till i was 26. my mom raised me, just fine dispite everyone saying i was going to be pregnant at 16, that i would never graduate, and that due to poor parenting never do anything with my life...im 26, i am married and I am a early child educator, i graduated high school and had two collage graduation thank you very much!!!

I had my daughter Annabel when I was 17, she is now a beautiful 6 year old young lady and is so excited for her little brother Alexander to get here. Their father and I are childhood sweethearts, our familes weren't at all happy about us getting pregnant so early, and it was very much unplanned, but they supported us. We graduated, both have gone on to university, and are now a stable and happy family. It takes work but having a baby young doesn't have to end disastrously.

My bio mom and I are close but I can't imagine what it would have been like to be raised by a teenager with only a high school education and min wage job not to mention not to have a dad in my life. I feel so bad for girls that give their baby away, only to regret it the rest of their lives. On the other hand with these parents putting their babies in dryers, microwaves, tossing them off bridges and blowing them up, I wish they had just given them to someone to love. People have to start speaking up for these precious lives. If you feel over whelmed or in danger get help. If you don't want the child, bring it to a church or hospital and leave it there. The child you save, maybe your own.

I found out I was pregnant when I was 19 years old and was scared to death because I was in school and my sister was 3 months away from having her daughter. I'm a single mom and feel like I can't do anything right in the eyes of my parents, whom I live with. It's tough, really tough. I have a wonderful boyfriend, not the biological father, who supports me and just lets me cry when I need it. I always wonder "what-if" but I know things happen for a reason and I will just let life happen.

This always reminds me of my mother. My friend had her baby girl at 15 :') She named her baby Rene' Lynn and she's the most beautiful baby I ever saw. Everytime I look at her It makes me want to cry, She looks so mom. Her mom, my friend, died on February 3rd, two days after giving birth, because she had a heart tumor. It's just a merical that Rene' survived and has lived for a whole three years. Today Rene' turned three. Her daddy not being able to come to her party and her mom gone. It's me and my friend who threw her party.

I lived far away from home, going to University at 19 when I found out I was pregnant. Both my mom and dad said that having a baby would make life really hard to become successful. My daughter is now in 1st grade, and I finished school with a 94% average. Her "father" chooses to have nothing to do with her, but I chose to have EVERYTHING to do with her, and y'know, life may not have been easy since, but why take the easy way, anyhow? But she has chosen to work hard every single day to be the best mother she can be and provide for her child.
Now she has a brilliant 2 year old son that loves her more than anything.

my cousin and his girlfriend were 17 when she got pregnant, he stuck around, now they've got 3 beautiful children with another on the way, she's 24 now....I'm so proud of my cousin for staying with her, if it weren't for that I wouldn't know my 3 wonderful 2nd cousin =3 I love those kids <3, I'm excited to become a mom, though I'm not gonna be one for a few years =)

@desireearcand92 Hang in there girl. I got pregnant at 19 also. My daughter is 11 now. I would not trade one second with here for anything. Its not easy being a singal mom. But if I could do it you can too. As long as you love him more then anything, and he is your whole world, you can do this. I hope your family will help also. I will be praying for both of you.

@desireearcand92 my mom was 21, she tried really hard with my dad, he drank the pay cheque, mom had enough and divorced him...he left my life when i was 8 and didnt come back till i was 26. my mom raised me, just fine dispite everyone saying i was going to be pregnant at 16, that i would never graduate, and that due to poor parenting never do anything with my life...im 26, i am married and I am a early child educator, i graduated high school and had two collage graduation thank you very much!!!

@desireearcand92 this is what happened to my sister as well, now my nephew has the best mommy ever, and the greatest auntie ever <3 I'll tell you this.. it does get better, Kaden is now 3 months and he could not be any happier, his smile is to die for, he's gonna be a heartbreaker one day, but Auntie will teach him how to treat a lady right :)

I'll tell you now my love , My mothers friend was told since she was young that she could never have a child because of a disorder she has as well.The doctor never gave her one hope in the world.Shes been hurt over it for years now and shes 30 & her disorder is still there but no one knows what god has in store for you.Even though she has this problem its still a miracle because shes pregnant with a healthy baby boy.

I had my daughter Annabel when I was 17, she is now a beautiful 6 year old young lady and is so excited for her little brother Alexander to get here. Their father and I are childhood sweethearts, our familes weren't at all happy about us getting pregnant so early, and it was very much unplanned, but they supported us. We graduated, both have gone on to university, and are now a stable and happy family. It takes work but having a baby young doesn't have to end disastrously.

I was a single mum at 20,was tough but my daughter made it all worth while,now shes 9,happy,funny,beautiful and just an awesome kid and im now married with two more beautiful babies....the road as a single mum is hard,its hard too if you are young and with the father,but it gets easier,don't be afraid to ask family and friends for help,and don't be too proud,just because you are pregnant doesn't mean you know it all,take advice and offers of help from people who have been there.
