Holy f***ing crap! ....He can make a wallet with envelopes....and still his wife has intercourse with him! What a country! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Hi. If anyone is looking for tyvek envelopes, I should receive a box of 100 tyveks in two weeks. They have nice airmail prints so the wallet or whatever you want to do should look great. I could sell you some of those envelopes if you want. 100 is too much for me. I live in London. Contact me.
wow. honestly. you are so kind. you have this amazing invention that you can make so much money off of. and then you simply give your secret away, so people do not have to go through the whole process of ordering from your website. thank you for being so kind. (:
I bought a tyvek comic wallet by FunFolds that I LOVED and still have. Recently purchased a Mighty Wallet but it is just not as good as the FunFolds (out of business). Thank you for this demo and I am recommending your wallets to everyone!
Absolutely genius!Congrats to you for all your success. Its so simple, and like how you said that no one has thought of it just makes it all that more special.
It would have been great if you made a full tutorial, because the video you posted here has some parts missing. It would be much appreciated if you posted an improved one so I can make some for family and friends.
I have proudly subscribed, and I look forward to a video or personal response to my msg.
Adding a few sheets of paper *inside* the envelope helped the tyvek to feed in to the printer. I haven't tested whether a front load would be better than a top load printer but the extra paper did help to at least get the envelope to feed properly.
Terrence, I have succeeded in following your tutorial and made several Tyvek wallets based on your design. They're AWESOME! I ordered an awful lot of envelopes, to make them for friends and family, and I found a source for COLOR Tyvek envelopes. You might want to specify the size that is optimal for the wallets. I found that 10x15 works, 10x13 is too short, and 12x15.6 is OPTIMAL.
I have not done any printed ones yet, but I plan to. I now have white and black supplies.
Pretty cool, but... isn't there a chunk of instruction missing, where you explain the cuts of the flaps and the window? I'd like to see the rest of it so I can make one.
Thanks, looking forward to complete instructions. Gonna pick up some envelopes this weekend (if I can't find any at the office). Really want to get going with this, because your idea is *awesome* here...
Yeah - this is a demo I made as a pitch to a TV show. I'll probably still finish the design and post it online even if they don't ask me to be on. It was a ton of work to figure out and now that its done I think some people would really love it - especially on instructibles - ltr
Yes, as I said I'd love to be able to make one, but I'm sure you could sell this design too. I never had the pleasure of buying one, but this seems just as functional and sturdy as your other products.
Out of curiosity, where do you get your envelopes? I looked at Staples and all they had was a massive 50 pack.
how can we get the tyvek envelope? :s i really want one

Is there a reason that this design was nixed? I really like it as compared to the new "make it yourself" design.

jonesm16 6 months ago
@jonesm16 @jonesm16 it's best to do it with that size because the measurements are very much the same with are mighty wallets thanks and be mighty.
