  • I think that a swivel socket does change the torque. If you make the angle as straight as possible it is close enough. Since they have a universal joint system instead of a CV joint set up at certain angles you will be applying more or less torque than the bolt is actually getting.

  • Holy cow that's funny Bob. The Cavalier comment had my wife asking me "what's so funny?" Glad you got it worked out. I am going to build a 7 also. However I am going to do it in Texas and forgo the whole cold hangar thing.
