I have been watching a lot of my old ECW dvds recently & it was fucking brilliant. New Jack & Vic Grimes almost killing themselves falling off a scaffold (im not talking about the XPW one), Sandman entrance, Rhino gore Sandmans wife through table, Mike 'FN' Awesome awesome bombing everybody in sight, the fans were amazing, Joel Gertner was funny as fuck, Sid Vicious & the Judge, RVD the whole fucking show, Dudley Boys inciting riots, ECW was the fucking shit.

Dreamer did a lot of the original ECW booking.

Raven's been hailed as a creative genius.

Foley's always had a great mind for wrestling and creativity.

Rhino got fired for getting into a public scene with his ex wife at a Wrestlemania party and embarrassed the company. Sabu was supposedly unprofessional. The Dudleys left because of money issues (Bubba Ray was also a complete prick backstage while D-Von was well liked) so how are WWE the bad guys in ALL of their firings? Some of them left because they plain fucked up.

They've not mentioned any TNA originals on the show, it's all about these broken down guys getting yet another ECW ONS-like show because apparently they need more closure. They had plenty of chances to do things the "ECW way", from One Night Stand to the Hardcore Homecoming shows already from 2005. Dreamer got a farewell speech and sendoff, what more can be said or done that wasn't done already?

@SabinBlitz81 nah, i don't think it's a support ECW show because it's not like tna isn't getting the money for it. it's a support TNA because the last ppv buyrate was less than 10,000 and now they need a boost. so they brought back something that most hardcore wrestling (tna majority) fans loved in order to generate some more steam into the engine. either way it's awesome and i cannot wait for this sunday!
