The Bombe machine that Turing designed was nothing like the Bomba machine of the Poles. Theirs was crude and very limited in its' use, his was a thousand times more powerful and electronic.

Type "Bletchley Park Tour" into the search bar at the top of the screen and look for the series of videos called "Bletchley Park Tour" by LFraserS. This is a great series; I believe the guy is a Tour Guide at the Park and, up to now, has uploaded Parts 1 to 5, with more to come. Interesting & factual!

the first Bomba was created by a polish mathematician, not by Bletchly and fruity Turing. he only modified it.

I agree, not an Enigma, definately a bombe. Still, good to see it working. I have seen the Colossus rebuild working, but not the bombe. Noisey beast isn'nt it?
