I'd like to see someone set a trap at the feeder and catch all the hogs at once. The best might be 4 gates going up at once. Maybe electrify them. I don't think the hogs would walk under a suspended cage drop you could drop on them..

if you can post a wiring diagram it will be great. i really like the idea . -- have you tried adding a solar panel to it?

try getting those batteries from battery shops that deal in recycled/remanufactured bat.s and surplus medical bats. I get them for $5 each.
