Considering crocodiles good immune system I think the nano-tyrannus could have been able to survive an infection. But of course there's a long step between crocodiles and nano-tyrannosaurs.

Those t-rex babies were as large as the nano so I don't think it would have won. @wallywest Well - the legacy of the dinosaurs - rests in the birds today :) Years ago on Cheeze TV they had a guest who was a curator in training (or was it research assistant - I can't remember) - and he brought a T-rex model - and they discussed the similarities between Rexy and simply a chicken and there were some similarities in a sense :)
