Has it ever occurred to you that people have more than one towel. Maybe you have never seen more than one towel in your life. Maybe you use the same towel to mob your floor to wash your face. I don't know, but that would be your logic. For many of us, we have more than one towel. I have 10+ towels in my kitchen including one for Japanese sharpening waterstones. It's not boring like most of the other cooking shows out there. Yan Can Cook was all about the joys of learning how to cook chinese cuisine.

i'm not sure if you're aware, but there weren't many chinese cooking shows out there due to the mysticism and selfishness of recipes being told on TV.. This comes from Americanized tastes and fast food chains in China. Stephen Yan and Martin Yan changed the way American and Canadian audiences watched cooking shows and made it entertaining.
