We are all human, yet we're being forced to kill our own children. True humanity will come through, practice it daily with your fellow humans, be them poorer, less healthy or unintelligent. They are are still our brothers and sisters. Love everybody at all times. Peace to you all. Practice.
They say 'the squeaky wheel gets the grease' , but in reality, the nail that sticks up gets hammered. We all need to stand up together! We applauded middle easterns for standing up to their governments, but when OWS happened those same people called them "scum", "lazy", "unionownedddemocrats", "un-patriotic"...ect. Ironic...no?
@danlufan Ron Paul speaks against war and that is great. But he is ignorant to the dangers and horror of libertarian societies. Global Banksters and Corporate Oligarchs will easily enslave and oppress America without a strong central government to keep some things(roads, schools, water, etc...) in the hands of the common wealth and not for bankster profit. Ron Paul would hand these things over to the captains of industry who would make all of them exclusive pay to play commodities.
@danlufan For war yes, the parts about legalizing private sector racism and ending all aide to the poor don't exactly sound like Dr King to me. But I do like Ron Paul, sad he has no real chance to break though the establishment.
@ianm12 ron paul would have opposed the jim crow laws which institutionalized racism.
Ron Paul is the anti Racism candidate, he is against the racist drug war, he is for individual equal rights.
Ron Paul understands economics, and he knows that any private company which didn't want to do business with black people would go out of business and couldn't sustain a business whilst excluding blacks/minorities, given the choice, any businessman would oppose jim crow like laws.
Incredible...we haven't progressed at all since the 60s...this speech could be given today and be fully applicable. Thank you, Dr. King...we were so lucky to have your voice, and we're lucky to have that voice inspiring us today...some of us have your vision branded in our hearts...and we'll work tirelessly for the realization of that vision, for it fundamentally within us, within our souls, and cannot be denied or ignored.
Find the speech. Print out two copies. Take a marker and cross out Vietnam and replace it with Afghanistan on one copy and Iraq on another. You'll never have to worry about listening to any further pronouncements from Washington or our "media" about either of those futile exercises in imperialist agression on the part of this nation.
King was killed because the MIC (military industrial complex) couldnt affrod someone so public speaking about the vietnam war. A war that was entered into under false pretense
His words should be taught in class, however, their agenda is to dumb down, not to enlighten. He speaks from his heart, he speaks raw naked exposing truth, the reason he was assassinated.
Emotional, Moving and all Inspiring...A True King Among Men!
in clases they only shows us about the world wars to show us what we shouldnt do, but they never shows us people who actually fought against this injustice.
no wonder that so many people live without hope on the streets!
It's amazing how when God speaks His Word Never Becomes old... and whomever He speaks through whether they are gone or still here... the Momentum they carry during their time remains contagious... God is Wonderful!
Dr. King, I hereby as A Kenyan American, thank u for you sacrifice, all the freedom we enjoy is the fruit of your tireless labor. I'm forever thankful for what you all did and I know as for me and My household we have no excuse. Now it up to us to take it to the next level. You laid you life down for us, now we know the sky is not the limit of our achievements but only a beginning. Because you had a dream, now we can dream and are living the dream. Thank you forever.

Whats the most important about MLK videos is his message, I care about the message, everything about beating his wife, etc is gabage.
The information that he is saying is far more important then anything else.
Yes to me his message is extremely important but only a few will open their eyes and ears and will really listen and starts to awaken from within.
