not one photo of a 8th Army Desert Rat

    hell

there is not one photo of a single

    fail fail fail

  • Whoa! These pictures were sure NOT what I was expecting with this great song. I assume many were taken by Hitler's personal photographer, Heinrich Hoffman, a craven little man.

These photos just offer more proof of the pathetic ignoble thugs they were - parading around in their ridiculous uniforms while they murdered & plundered their way through Europe. Vile creatures. With Veterans Day here it makes me even prouder that my father & the US, UK & their allies put an end to this crap.

  • When I came to this video to hear this

magnificent song I didn't realize the video

was this Nazi filth. The video should have

been set to "The March of Conquest, Death

and Destruction" sung by Hell's Chorus

  • This beautiful song coupled with Nazi pics.....SUCKS!!! What were you trying to do....makes those fucking cowards loog glorified and brave???????

  • @LaserBeam002 This song ha always been a paradox; wildly popular with both Us and the Ratzis. Just shows ta go ya, "The gods so jest with men."

  • one of my favourite songs

  • WHY THIS IS IN ENGLISH?! T_T PLEASE! WE WANT ONE IN GERMAN! PLEASE!

  • whos the man in white an 0:55 ???

  • @seanflannes Hermann Göring !!

  • I'm 45, and was a kid in the 70's in the sticks of Ohio, but Hitler gave me the creeps more than any horror movie, and still does. Our public schools made it very clear how evil he was and so no matter what music plays with these images I still feel extreme hatred towards the Nazi party...no, I don't even think I'm wired to hate, but disappointed definitely. People are impressionable and even evil ways can be glorified to persuade. Ironically ,I do feel some of the bitterness toward old money.

  • I don´t like the pictures combined with this wunderbar song. Shit on Nazis! As it was said in the movie "Captain America": Germany was the first land conquered by the Nazis. I hate them, not although but BECAUSE I´m German. Greetings.

  • Brukernavn9735: Vor der kaserne, vor den grossen tor!

Lili Marlene is a wonderful song and reflects the sadness of leaving loved ones during a war ('krieg' to our German posters here).

I visited many church graveyards in Germany and Austria and was shocked to see the photo's of so many very young men who were slaughtered in Hitler's name.

Iron Cross be damned, Hitler died a coward, afraid to face the enemy that millions of Germans faced...and died facing, for 'HIS' cause.

  • i think you've missed the point about dame vera lyn ...your video seems to hero worship nazism .

  • @oggyhill This version of the song with photos that appear to glorify the Nazi regime, doesn't seem to fit with English woman Vera Lynn singing, but if you notice the last three photos are a historic photograph of a Soviet flag flying from the ruins of Hitler’s Reichstag after the fall of Berlin, the Nuremberg Trials, and the Yalta Conference, all signifying the Thousand Year Reich dream of Hitler had come crashing down.

  • Dear Silly My Mom was one of those as well. All my family were. I know it is not nearly enough nut thank you very very much for allowingthis wee Scottish boy to grow up speaking the Gaelic and the English not havingto worry about brown shirts of black boots. It is a debt that can never be repaid.

  • I like the song and I think that its a good thing that you have pictures of the Nazis and their main man, Adolf Hitler, so WE NEVER FORGET. Time passes and we can forget the attrocities, the horrendous, hellish tragedy this monster imposed upon our Jewish brothers and sisters all over the world. These images keeps his crimes before our eyes.

  • Justice was done. Every one of the Nazis shown here are dead. Mostly killed by allied soldiers. The COWARD Adolf Hitler, committed suicide...brave man eh?

To hell with all of them!!

Lili Marlene is a wonderful song though!

  • @Roncatcam When you achive a silver star (equivalent of the Iron cross first class), you can start questioning the courage of mr. Hitler.

  • @Brukernavn9735 . Who says? What do know? I never was awarded a silver star, but I know Hitler was a coward based on his actions. Enough said.

  • If this song is the English version of Lili Marlene, why are there photos of Nazis?

  • @Eddy2730 well the original is from Marlene Dietrich (German singer) and she sang this song in english too!the owner of this vid must have liked the vera version. My best version is from Dietrich because my grandpa`listened to it.even it is in english the song is from the german people:)
