  • humanity is a shame ...

Humanity is a virus in the world that spreads all the time and has gone out of control.

we kill ourselves when we keep on like we do

  • U can't have any serious debate about the weather without talkin about the capability of HAARP and or Chemtrails. Both subjects are completely ignored by environmentalist. How can u be gun ho on fighting carbon emissions( carbon being 1 of the building blocks for life) yet dismiss the assortment of chemicals sprayed in our sky on the daily basis. Environmentalist have been given there agenda, its not somethin yall came up with, thats how. And bruh, whats up with the pentagram in the beginning???

  • obviously you haven't visited my youtube page. Check out my others vids, I've an excellent serie about the NWO. Enjoy ;) (click on my name to access my page and other vids, you won't regret it)

  • Fair enough.

  • I agree! violating science in use of thier political agenda!

  • Don't get me wrong. I'm not in favor of a Carbon Tax or anything other political Greenpeaceshit Style. I'M in favor of free energy such as wind, solar, geothermic, etc. The only problem isnt that we don't possess the capacity to create such technologies... the problem is Gaz Cartels, Car Cartels, Government Lobbists, Capitalism, Fascism, Communism... We need to wake up and change our attitude toward nature. We are supposed to be intelligent... I'm still waiting prooves on that.

  • I hear u toolate becuz I am absolutely against any Carbon tax scheme. Problem I have with environmentalist though, is they only focus on the things the media tells them are important like polar bears or "global warming". What about people? Plant, animal, and human genes are being spliced together in our food. Through vaccines, we are being injected with animal dna. Human brain cells are being injected into animals. If you really care about nature fight to protect the genetic code of the planet.

  • We gotta choose our fights :P But yeah, I'm on your side.

  • This is a really interesting video, great footage.... pity it is compleetly incorrect in its conclusions.

    1) Hurrican Katrina has been proven to NOT have been caused buy "Global Warming". Increases in dust coming off the Sahara in Africa has led to increased temperatures in the Atlantic ocean...... thus causing greater frequency and severity in Hurricanes in the US.

    2) much of the melt in the Arctic seen in 2007, has re-frozen, and did not re-melt again in the summer of 2009.

  • 2) yet...

  • may i ask the name of this music?.. this is from 28 Days later right?. @_@

  • i think its on the "28 days later" soundtrack

  • correct

  • This is total crap. Why don't you consider facts instead of propaganda.

  • what facts? that there is no melting? Fucking good fact.

  • youtube comslashwatch?v=ZJ0B-wdOlsA

    dot for spaces.

Throw a lot of ice in a small cup of water. When it melts, the matter that was the ice SHRINKS. Matter expands when it turns from liquid matter into solid matter, thus taking up more physical space. That's the reason why snow is fluffier than rain.

Since the Arctic is all ice, if it melted the sea levels would actually DROP. It would drop further due to evaporation.

Not good enough to gouge energy consumers in a bad economy.

  • interresting but I think that you are forgetting that the most ice is on land, in Antartica and Groenland... not in sea.

  • @ therealcaptobvious Water is at maximum density at 4 degrees Celsius. This is why ice floats. This is why the water resulting from the melting of ice takes up more room than the original ice.

  • while most of it is submerged

  • most of the ice is on land, google it.

  • which part, the Arctic or the Antarctic? Remember, the climate change enthusiasts were pimping the polar bears from the ARCTIC.

    :o)

  • polar bear are just a symbol, like the eagle is for United-States, Roma, or Hitler 2nd Reich. Facts are that most of our ice is on land, antarctica in the south, and Groenland in North. The problem is , 20% of ALL of our ice melted in the last 30 years. This is insane melting. Is mankind responsible for it? No. But still, it happened, this is what this video is about. Arctic will be ice free by 2012 during summer.

  • Nope, the climate change enthusiasts...mind you the people who leave enough carbon footprints for 20 people flying in their private jets around the world are those who pimp the drowning polar bears.

By the way, the Arctic is all ice. If that melts there will be a sea level DROP.

  • water gets to maximumm density at 4 degrees celsius.

Frozen water, aka. ice DOES take up more room than water. Go fill up an icetray, freeze it and tell me differently.

  • Actually, water is kind of unique in that its solid form is less dense than its liquid. And as for there being less water should the caps thaw...I think you are forgetting the remaining 10% that is above the water, and as toolateproductions states there is considerably more ice on land than there is at the caps. Evaporation accounts for .0002% of the 1.3 billion cubic km of water on the planet. Not enough to deny that rising sea levels are, in fact, a serious concern.

  • like I said, you are forgetting about GREENLAND... which has MORE ice than the sole ARCTIC sea. GREENLAND is melting aswell... so more water falling in ocean... But the danger really isnt sea level rising... it's the danger of heating up the oceans with that ice gone... if that happens, the golfstream stops, the oceans get stagnant, they release more CO² in the atmosphere, GG. The UN says that every year, so far, 300,000 people die from Global Warming (floods, droughts, etc.)

  • I didn't forget Greenland. I specifically and unequivocally agreed with you when I quoted you on glacial issues (where there is ice on land)

  • it's the same amount of matter. It just contracts, meaning it occupies LESS space when it melts.

How do you guys not even understand that?

  • But, as I said before, you are forgetting the 10% above the water. This is in addition to the higher levels of evaporation that would occur that would lead to higher levels of precipitation globally, increasing localized floods. And the glaciers would account for more water than the ice caps. How is it you don't understand? Global warming is a fact. Rising sea levels is a fact. Bury your head all you like. Ignorance will not contribute anything to the debate.

  • yeah, you are right, people are just being dumb because they think this video is like the documentary "The Eleven Hour"... which is not.

  • hey repeat after me. 90%<10%. Again, 90%<10%.

Now go get yourself a scoop of icecream and let it melt.

How much of the bowl held your icecream frozen and how much of the bowl held the icecream when it melted?

Think REALLY hard about this!! 90% of that matter would take up less physical space.

my next question is Do you pay your energy bill?

Because this cap and trade is going to increase energy costs by at least 7%, the government is expecting trillions from this.

  • You are a moron. What school did you go to where they taught you that 90% is less than 10%? When you can use maths effectively, maybe then I will stop eating ice cream and just watch it melt instead - not that I am sure quite why you mention that. You didn't even approach the other issues I made. This thread is finished for me. Yes 90% would take up less space, but 100% would take up more. Or do you suggest that only the ice underwater is going to melt? Don't answer that.

  • guys, this video isnt about chemistry, it's about global warming.... there's private msg if you wanna discuss this matter. I will start removing spam about this ridiculous debate if it continues this way.

  • I didn't mention chemistry, ice crfeam or anything else that you seem to have a problem with. If psycho savant wants to look through my responses, he will see that I clearly stated myself, that water is unusual in that its solid is less dense than its liquid form. I used this in the context of the video, but no one seems to care about that.

  • dude calm down.. obviously I wasnt talking to you directly. let me rephrase since its necessary... therealcaptovious SHUT THE FRAK UP NOW BITCH NOOB

  • @ therealcaptobvious, according to you, 90% is LESS than 10%? Am I reading correctly? Oh, look, you typed it TWICE, just to prove how stupid you are in thinking 90 is smaller than 10. Need a crash-course in counting? 1,2,3,4....10.......90,91,92.. Retard. Don't even comment if your IQ is less than your age. I wonder how you even got onto youtube using a computer in the first place - you seem like the pathetic, dumbass type with no future. Stay out of th e way of people who know the truth.

  • Incorrect sir. Matter, in general shrinks when it turn goes from liquid to solid. Water is a very special chemical however, since its molecule is bipolar, this causes the postively charged pole to attract the negatively charged pole. The effect results in a hexagonal "net" increasing the space in between the molecules. This is one of the things that makes water such an important compound. The grand majority of compounds shrink when going from liquid to solid.

  • no it doesn't. Fill up a plastic bag or a bottle of water and freeze it. Tell me what happens to the space it occupies in either the bottle or the bag.

i drop ice in my coffee every morning. i see this everyday.

  • You idiot. Water is, as I quite plainly stated in my comment, a special case scenario. Look it up. This is Chemistry 101. You could find this information in a Chemistry for Dummies book.

Just do a search for "water expands when frozen". Water expands and becomes less dense when it freezes, all other liquids contracts and becomes more dense when they freeze.

  • I dont know if we will die or not well aventually we all will die but one thing i do know all Non-Humans Life forms are sooo freaking angry but scared.

  • Interesting. Just playing devil's advocate, why is it that the majority of scientists have come out saying that the Earth has been cooling for that last ten years? Additionally, even if the world was warming, how does our miniscule number of CO2 parts per million put into the atmosphere compare with the much larger number that is put into the air once the ocean water is warmed (and therefore is less capable of holding dissolved CO2, releasing it into the atmosphere)?

  • In the video, I say that scientist predicted that the Arctic sea would be cleared of ice by 2030... actually it's more 2011 or 2012 right now. And still, you are trying to tell me we are cooling down, when NASA confirms that every other planets in our solar systems are heating up? Yeah maybe, our part is small.. but there is something going on here. I just want ppl to wake up, for whatever purpose.

  • wow that ice looks like it was cut with a lazer?

  • yeah it does, let's make a conspiracy video about it ( i'm not joking, since I'M doing this kind of video all the time ;)

  • that would be cool to see :).

    Cheers.

  • I vote for aliens

Or my god, the bubble duck who is causing global warming all the time, so that his creatures, the ducks, have more room to frolic in the waters of the earth

  • weather always changes, I am not saying we do not need better, cleaner fuel sorces though, I doubled my fuel milage with a water fuel cell.

  • yeah well I think that what you are trying to say is that nature had its own cold/warm cycles. But this time, I think it is indeed time to put technology in front, instead of the fraking monetary system.

  • Awesome video man. I hope the assholes in you tube start paying more attention to videos like this one.

  • thx

  • australia killer heatwave and wildfires
