America has a pollution problem that everyone ignores, and that's noise pollution. It's a medical fact that certain noises raises the heart rate and blood pressure, while it can cause depression. While we can't get rid of every noise, we can get rid of noisy cars and boom boxes. Also too many people let their dogs bark without trying to train or break them from doing it as much as they do. We need to get together for all of our sakes, and fight these problems.
