I wouldn't say that autism could in any way be a good mutation - assuming it is a mutation. It a mental inhibitor that will inhibit the lives and learning abilities of the children all their life - thus limiting their potential.

The proof is that the amish do not vaccinate their children and there is zero autism in their communities. There can only be a few reasons to produce these results - non-vaccination, non-consumption of processed foods, more exercise, or simply breeding.

You miss the point of the H1N1 vaccine a little, even those who have had Swine-Flu are encouraged to get the vaccine. Because although Swine Flu isn't as deadly we still remain with no immunity.

So if it mutates and is more deadly then it will be worse than regular flu etc etc. As for getting it? I don't want to be in the first batch of people to get a vaccine that's a sensible approach.

Sorry VH but the vaccine *may* protect you against other strains of the same virus. It's not a guarantee and WHO haven't stated an opinion either way but that is the general theory behind it.

I'm currently doing infection control and Vaccinations in Uni so Swine-Flu has rather boringly come up a lot lately. The whole things a massive hype though, far more serious virus' in the world already even if it mutates.

I have mild Aspergers, I never looked at as a bad thing. So I'm socially awkward and better in Math. The whole "vaccines cause autism" stuff is bull. Especially when they say it causes autism intentionally by the government. Anyway, I'm not getting H1N1 vaccine, I haven't gotten a seasonal flu shot in a long time.
