Let me summarize this Video for you:

A 1962 VATICAN DOCUMENT regarding treatment of pedophile's specifically states that one way to deal with the priest is to TRANSFER him to another assignment which 2/3rds of Bishops in the U.S. did! The 1962 document also specifically calls for the accused priests NOT to be held to an oath to tell the truth and reminds the entire Catholic organization of the code of Pontifical Secret unless the Supreme Pontiff himself gives dispensation.
