you don't need to draw anything, you get the character and use the ready-made animations with any edit software that accept such files and move it around the screen with the different sequences, I made it for people who can't draw or animate but want to create something with this character.
Thanks, There is no specific software, you can use Adobe Flash, After Effects, Toon Boom, TV Paint and any other software that will support importing QuickTime and play with layers. it's very dynamic.
