Actually, the hadith is just hearsay. None of it was written during muhammad's life. At least 160 years passed between his death and the hadith "collection". And remember the in-fighting with the Ummayyads and Abbasids who could not even figure out what to do with Islam after the prophet's passing. The collection of Hadith is tampering

@saraliciousgirl My friend is muslim and says that the hadith is borderline blasphemous much like the jewish talmud, and is full of evil, and that the Holy Quran is complete, and nothing else is necessary.

He says that islam is perfect in the Quran, and the extremism comes from putting too much stock in anything the hadith says. Nothing about the Quran is extremist, but most of the contents of hadith are extremist. He says that's a fact, even though many muslims would stone him for it.

As for a source -why not try the Koran Sura 17;1 which tells of Muhammad's miraculous celebrated night journey from Mecca to, supposedly to the Al Aqsa mosque (not yet built). Just google Mohammed and Jerusalem and find out for yourself. I thought this was pretty much commonly known stuff. I got this years ago reading books and listening to tapes. Don't ask me which. Nowadays the internat is full of info.

Yes you are right, the image shown there is considered by almost all archeologists to be Tutankhamun and his mate as the throne the back of which bears the image was found in Tutankhamun's tomb.

There are however good reasons to indicate that this interpretation may be incorrect. The imagery found on the depiction would be more fitting for Echnaton's era than for Tutankhamun's. This throne was a very unusually valuabe artifact even in ancient times ... (out of room ... to be continued)
