PCS is basically saying that from 1-10 cells need their own change.

Example:

The 100 billion neurons in the human brain required 100 billion changes from a single cell to adult brain over time.

Is he so stupid that he doesn't grasp the concept that the brain evolved as a system, and the neurons didn't pop into existence individually?

I think PCS has started pwning himself, to try and stop us doing it. Plus the whole thing about him pulling "10 trillion" out of his ass, in reality we are only as complex as our DNA. 3 billion base pairs, no propblem for evolution.
