About 3 years ago Jack did a concert in Albany NY. Afterwords I approached him at the CD table and told him Id been hearing him for 40 years. He told me to get my ears examined. Ahhhhh Jack. I missed his show in Big Sur at the Henry Miller library 2 years ago by about 3 days. Damn.

Sometime back in the early 70s, I heard Ramblin' Jack introduce this as "a song by a former son of mine..." during a gig of his at the legendary Ash Grove in L.A. RJ is a treasure beyond compare and he gets better and better with age, bless him.
