@michigander47 Yes you should be able to refill it. Just pop the tip of it, refill with any ink, and youre ready to go. Sometimes a little tricky to get the tip off, so use a knife gently.

oink ink is by far the best ink ive tried. and mr.black. you can get mrblack at oink art ltd, and you can ONLY get oink ink at oink art ltd. its damn near buff proof! i did a tag on this wall downtown, they tried to buff over it but it stained through. its hard as shit to get out with a chemical solvent, and it doesnt want to be pressure washed. id recomend it to anybody who wants there shit to stay there
