Nepali police act like this because they have to deal with protesters on a daily basis. 90% of protests turn violent and the police will defend themselves best they can.

Maybe they shouldn't act like this, but at least they are not like Indians. This is the worst you will see in Nepal's street riots. Indians on the other had commit acts such as Gujrat.
