It was going to collapse because the emergency command center probably knew that the fire from the plane crash would ultimately melt the steel frame of the WTC, and the plane had explosives on board. PLEASE stop trying to find any evidence to support your theory to further corrupt the government. I believe that yes, the government did allow this to happen in order to start an unnecessary and lengthy "War On Terror" that has unfortunately costed too many lives all around. I have been searching for this Tom Kennedy CBS FEMA Dan Rather news clip, in the raw from the news and it is nowhere. Gone. I have watched every piece of 9/11 news there is available .... this clip is missing from youtube as aired on September 12, only found in movie clips.
