Personally, I wouldn't need any previews or "excuse me, it's coming a bit later"s though, it's just done when it's done, and I'll see it in my subscription box anyway (except when YouTube screws up said box, again). Or maybe you should just announce a new policy, not "new video every monday" but "every other monday" or "every month", quantity doesn't really matter as long as we enjoy the videos!
