i would say the next common scale to the pentatonic minor and pent.minor + blues note, is the minor scale, i see it in a lot of songs...it's good for ballads or for a more melodic feel

@TheJayshen hi there, danny teaches Hammer On's on a dvd called 'Killer Rock and Metal Runs' Which inludes not only lessons on hammer on's but many more techniques. its quick so correct me if im wrong. i think he's barring the top 2 strings, pick high e, quick hammer on and pull off, hit the g string, pick b string, hammer on, pull off, g string again. so on and so forth

@HajrudinPranjga the best way to find scales in tabs are in books i have one that covers at least 20 scales and how to play them in any key and examples from famouas guitarists
