He's a nowegian comedian who's got a gag where he mimes to it and does all sorts of bizarre shit.

Humour isn't always easy to analyse, but in this case I would say that the laughs stem from the fact that dutch sounds pretty strange to the norwegian ear, and that the comedian's act is even more bizarre when we can't understand what he is saying. I don't think people who understand dutch finds the same comedic value in it. =)

@mangobanan Also because it was a reoccuring joke on their show and the man who preformed it had a reputation for being very fond of partying. So they figured theyd make him do the same routine when they woke him early in the morning after he had been out drinking all night.
