Would there have been violent resistance if there wasn't a government backed by the UN and the United States? I myself am an anarchist, but I've always wondered what the Somali people themself feel about nearly two decades of no central government (but still plenty of foreign involvement).
They fear it will be the next Afghanistan. The more effort they put in to destroy any radical Islamic movement in Somalia, the more people dead. UN and united state especially helped ex warlords to be leaders of f Somali people and they didn't succeeded. Somalis can solve their problems and foreign interference will make things worse , but united states always tries to get involve.
To be clear, Somalia would have been better condition if US didn't get involve.
@somalimotion the USA is not to blame, this is just another bad example of a failed muslim country, all the other arab states will also end up like somailia when their oil runs out, islam destroys every nation it touches
