This is all about Harry Enfield taking the piss out of Ben Elton. Who knows why Elton agreed to take part? Perhaps he was skint at the time, and Enfield took advantage of this.

I never liked Elton, but this sketch is hilarious, and it is all Enfield's material; Elton is merely an actor here.

Benny Hill was a genius, Enfield was a genius (not so much now), and Elton has always been a self-righteous prick who is still a comedy genius.
