Hey Genius! Yes, British, and yes, left hand drive. Initially the British ones were LHD. The later right hand drive version did indeed have a heavy weight in the side wall, to balance the car better, as the engine sits on the right of the car, behind the (often non-existent) passenger. And yes, Fifi does have reverse gear, as proven with her return to the garage!

Meant to ask (from your previous video). You said this is a British built Isetta (hence the 3 wheel setup), but why is the steering wheel on the left - I thought they made the British 3 wheel ones right hand drive and used some sort of counter weight to help balance it?
