@MatuellaSlipknot You can look up videos, that helps. What I learned was to make a loud really pissed off sigh like you don't want to do anything at all sigh. Then start practicing with that angry sigh and clinch the throat or diagram and make it raspy and high or low. You really just got to practice manipulating the sigh and once you get that down try getting different words the same way you did with the sigh if that makes any sense. It's really hard to explain, just keep practicing deep sighs.
